About the Pegasus After School Club

Pick Up Schools

Pegasus staff will pick up at Earl Beatty PS, Diefenbaker PS and R.H. McGregor PS. students after school and walk back to Pegasus.  ​

Our after school pick up and care for your 4-11 year old is a fun learning and creative environment led by experienced arts educators and qualified staff.

Days & Times

Programming is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from after school until 5:30 pm

Choose from 1, 2, or 3 days

What will your kids do?

Arts & Crafts

In our dedicated art studio, children will create and explore different art mediums, such as painting, collage, sculpture, drawing. We will also have themed craft projects to support our other activities.

Dance, Acro, Singing

Pegasus is a dance studio so you bet there will be dancing! Your children will get to try various dance styles like ballet, jazz, hip hop, and modern, as well as acro and musical theatre all with our trained dance teachers. 

And more!

But it won't all be structured programming, after all your kids just did a full day of school. We will have time outdoors in our fairy garden and free indoor time to explore quiet activities such as lego building and reading.  

Our After School Program is dedicated to engaging children through trust, respect, and kindness.

Sample Schedule

• 2:45-3:15 - Pick up, based on school ending time, and walk back to Pegasus
• 3:15-3:45 - Arrive at Pegasus and eat snack provided by parents
• 3:30-4:15 - Outdoor or indoor themed activity (children will be invited to engage in various activities related to that days theme, such as art, reading, lego building, etc.)
• 4:15-5:00 - Dance class (styles will rotate between ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop, acro, musical theatre)
• 5:00-5:30 - Continued themed activities and gather belongings to get ready for pick up

All of our staff are CPR, First Aid and YPAD* certified with up to date police checks.
